In Product, ideas come alive. The world moves fast, and our culture is built on ownership, speed, and minimal bureaucracy. This is the environment that empowers you to make decisions, move quickly, and do what you believe is right. Our Product Managers move fast, learn from failure, and continuously iterate.

As a product-centric organization, we work cross-functionally to build products from conception to launch, bringing together engineering, design, data, and business teams. Agoda Product Managers work closely with executive leadership and have high visibility across the organization, with direct impact on the company’s growth and strategy. We put travelers first and aim to create exceptional travel experiences through innovative product thinking.

You will partner closely with senior cross‑functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, build impactful products, and deliver high‑quality solutions for the Korea market.

You will work with dedicated engineering resources that you help prioritize and allocate. We expect you to be hands‑on, spend meaningful time with your SCRUM teams, and bring strong product judgment, experimentation mindset, and execution rigor. This role offers the opportunity to shape localized experiences at scale and influence how Agoda serves one of its key markets. This is an Individual Contributor role.

  • Translate market insights, customer needs, and business priorities into clear product strategies and roadmaps
  • Use data and quantitative analysis to identify opportunities, prioritize effectively, and measure product performance
  • Collaborate across regions, product areas, and functions to solve complex problems and drive meaningful business impact
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Proven ability to use analytics and quantitative methods to inform strategy, prioritization, and decision‑making
  • Strong data skills, with the ability to independently analyze performance and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proven experience in Korea market localization, with a deep understanding of Korean consumers, market dynamics, and local product requirements
  • Experience developing, launching, and optimizing products in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience leading product strategy, go‑to‑market thinking, and cross‑functional product development discussions
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and analytical problem‑solving skills, with the ability to break down complexity and drive change
  • Hands‑on approach with a strong sense of ownership and execution
It’s great if you have
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Experience with data tools such as SQL, Python, R, or equivalent
