ApoTune IT-Support mit Schwerpunkt KI & Automatisierung
Ein kleines, sympathisches Team sucht Verstärkung im IT-Support – mit klarem Schwerpunkt auf Künstlicher Intelligenz und Automatisierung. Bei uns baust und betreust du KI-gestützte Voice- und Chat-Agenten, entwickelst smarte Automationen und sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere Kund:innen rundum gut betreut fühlen.
Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik und Voice over IP setzen wir dabei voraus, und auch die Betreuung cloudbasierter Telefonanlagen gehört zu deinem Handwerkszeug – diese Themen stehen bei dieser Rolle aber nicht im Vordergrund. Wichtiger ist uns, dass du kommunikativ bist, gerne mit Kund:innen telefonierst und Anliegen verbindlich und lösungsorientiert zu Ende bringst. Aufgaben
- Konzeption, Einrichtung und Betreuung von KI-gestützten Voice- und Chat-Agenten
- Automatisierung von Prozessen über Schnittstellen (APIs) mit Tools wie n8n, Make oder Activepieces
- Entwicklung und Optimierung von Automatisierungen und Workflows für Support- und Kundenprozesse
- Verbindliche Kundenkommunikation: Telefonate führen, Rückmeldungen geben, Termine abstimmen und Status-Updates liefern
- Technischer Support (Helpdesk) für sämtliche ApoTune Module
- Onboarding und Grundeinrichtung neuer ApoTune Kunden
- Unterstützende Einrichtung von VoIP- und Netzwerkanbindungen

- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke – du telefonierst gerne mit Kund:innen und trittst dabei sicher, freundlich und verbindlich auf
- Hohe Verbindlichkeit: Du nennst realistische Fristen, hältst Termine ein und reagierst zuverlässig und pünktlich auf Anfragen
- Lösungsorientiertes Denken: Du bleibst dran, bis das Anliegen der Kund:innen wirklich gelöst ist
- Große Begeisterung für KI, Automatisierung und die Digitalisierung von Prozessen
Allgemeines
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration, IT-Systemkauffrau/-mann, Kauffrau/-mann für Digitalisierungsmanagement o. Ä. – oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung.
- Kommunikatives, natürliches Auftreten
- Führerschein und gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands von Vorteil
Schwerpunkt-Kenntnisse: KI & Automatisierung
- Erfahrung mit oder starkes Interesse an KI-Tools und Large Language Models (z. B. ChatGPT, Claude)
- Aufbau und Pflege von Voice- und Chat-Agenten
- Tools wie n8n, Make oder Activepieces sind für dich kein Neuland
- Du hast Spaß daran, Prozesse über Schnittstellen (APIs) zu automatisieren und Systeme miteinander zu verbinden
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von Prompt-Design und KI-gestützten Abläufen
