Our Story

Since 2013, we've been helping home, garden and lifestyle brands generate more enquiries, more leads and more sales through intelligent paid search, creative thinking and commercially focused marketing strategies.

Today we're recognised as one of the UK's leading specialist growth marketing agencies, partnering with an exciting mix of SME, retail and consumer brands while maintaining a genuinely collaborative, family-feel culture.

Our office is a beautifully converted Old School House nestled in the Oxfordshire countryside. It's a place where people enjoy coming together, sharing ideas and producing exceptional work for clients who genuinely value what we do.

You'll become a strategic partner to your clients, helping them understand how Paid Search fits into their wider commercial objectives while uncovering new opportunities for sustainable growth.

Working alongside our Paid Social and Creative teams, you'll influence campaign strategy, drive performance and turn Paid Search insights into meaningful business recommendations that help clients make smarter marketing decisions.

If you enjoy variety, autonomy and seeing the direct impact of your work, you'll feel right at home.

What Your Day Might Look Like

• Taking end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and YouTube campaigns.
• Developing Paid Search strategies, optimisation roadmaps and structured testing plans.
• Planning, building and launching best-in-class PPC campaigns aligned to wider paid media strategies.

• Quickly identifying and resolving performance issues to maximise campaign success.
• Producing insightful reports that translate campaign data into clear commercial recommendations.
• Building strong client relationships through regular communication, strategy calls and meetings.
• Working closely with our Paid Social and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Managing multiple client priorities within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Staying ahead of industry developments, platform updates and emerging Paid Search technologies.

About You

You'll probably be someone who genuinely enjoys Paid Search.

Not just optimising campaigns, but understanding businesses, solving commercial challenges and helping clients grow.

You'll likely bring:

• 6+ years' experience managing Paid Search campaigns within an agency or in-house environment.
• Advanced Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and YouTube campaign management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads Scripts and Google Ads Editor.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center and Search Console.
• Excellent commercial awareness with a clear understanding of how Paid Search contributes to wider business success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisation with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication, proofreading and attention to detail.
• Experience with Shopify, product feed optimisation, Klaviyo or CRM audience segmentation would be advantageous.
• Agency experience would be beneficial but isn't essential.

Why Join Us?

• Join the European Paid Media Agency of the Year 2025.
• Work with an exciting portfolio of home, garden and lifestyle brands.
• Hybrid working with genuine flexibility.
• Beautiful Oxfordshire countryside office.
• 23 days' holiday plus your birthday off.
• Additional annual leave for long service.
• Learning resources and personalised development plans.
