Mitarbeiter Qualitätsmanagement (m/w/d)

Unsere Tochtergesellschaft, die Triathlon Batterien GmbH, ist eine hochmoderne Produktionsstätte für Traktionsbatterien mit Sitz in Glauchau / Sachsen. Als zuverlässiger Partner stehen wir unseren Kunden in allen Projektphasen von der ersten Beratung und Planung bis zur Herstellung und Montage des Batteriesystems zur Seite.
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Saalburg suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Mitarbeiter Qualitätsmanagement (m/w/d)
Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Aufnahme und Bewertung von fehlerhaften Bauteilen oder Baugruppen im Bereich Produktion
- Bearbeitung und Abschluss von Produktionsmeldungen im Qualitätsmanagementsystem, inklusive Ursachenanalyse und Maßnahmenverfolgung
- Kommunikation zu qualitätsrelevanten Themen zwischen den Bereichen Produktion und Logistik
- Schulungen von Mitarbeitern zu Anforderungen aus dem Bereich Qualitätssicherung
- Unterstützung in der Wareneingangsprüfung von Bauteilen und Baugruppen
- Bearbeitung und Verfolgung von Kunden- und Lieferantenreklamationen mittels der QM Methoden
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement / Reklamationsmanagement
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Verständnis für Qualitätsanforderungen im produzierenden, industriellen Umfeld
- Sicherer Umgang der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP wünschenswert
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift wünschenswert
- Teamfähigkeit und gute kommunikative Skills, ein hohes Maß an Gewissenhaftigkeit
