Recruiter

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
- Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for specific roles.
- Manage the candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the technology or innovation sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and team members.
- Ability to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit effectively.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for recruitment purposes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
