Reservation Agent - Hotel 4 Stelle Padova
Siamo alla ricerca di un/a **Reservation Agent** da inserire nell’ufficio prenotazioni del nostro hotel di Padova. L’hotel, con le sue 190 camere, spazi meeting e ottima location, è una struttura di riferimento nella città, competitiva in ogni segmento di mercato. La risorsa verrà coinvolta in un percorso di formazione per acquisire autonomia nelle attività quotidiane. Riportando al Reservation Manager, il/la Reservation Agent si occuperà di: - formulare offerte e stipulare contratti di vendita per i vari segmenti di mercato (fiere, individuali e gruppi);
- inserire le prenotazioni nel gestionale dell’hotel e verificare il corretto inserimento di quelle provenienti da OTA e GDS;
- garantire la corretta applicazione delle condizioni previste in fase contrattuale
- collaborare nell’organizzazione e nell’accoglienza in struttura di eventi MICE, come meeting, conferenze, banchetti ed incentive;
- archiviare le pratiche di prenotazione e i documenti commerciali. **Requisiti**: - Esperienza, anche breve, in strutture ricettive in reparto commerciale o di accoglienza clienti
- Ottima conoscenza delle lingue straniere, in particolare inglese (la conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un plus)
- Disponibilità a un periodo di formazione iniziale di uno/due mesi presso le nostre strutture a Bologna **Soft Skills**: - Buone capacità comunicative e organizzative
