- Assurer un suivi personnalisé en élaborant des projets éducatifs adaptés.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire pour garantir une prise en charge holistique.
- Organiser et animer des activités favorisant l'autonomie et l'épanouissement des usagers.
