Addetta/o Recupero Crediti La risorsa ricercata ha maturato esperienza pregressa nella mansione e sarà inserita in un contesto dinamico, e si occuperà delle seguenti attività: - Assistenza e supporto telefonico;
- Sollecito telefonico outbound delle fatture insolute;
- Concordare con il cliente un piano di rientro;
- Monitorare scadenza dei pagamenti;
- Gestione pratiche e caricamento dei documenti su gestionale interno. Si richiede laurea o diploma, gradita esperienza nella mansione, capacità relazionali, motivazione e impegno al raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati Ottime possibilità di inserimento dopo periodo di collaborazione iniziale.
