Junior Marketing Specialist — NYC Construction Brands
Junior Marketing Specialist — NYC Construction Brands
The quick version (30-second scan)
Salary: 7,500.00 – 8,000.00 PLN gross/month — on an employment contract (umowa o pracę)
Hours: Mon–Thu 12:00–20:00, Fri 10:00–18:00 — late starts, synced with New York
What you'll do: Learn to run marketing for U.S. construction companies restoring NYC's most iconic buildings — with real responsibility, not coffee runs
Where: Our office at Plac Konstytucji, Warsaw.
This is an on-site role — we work together in one room, and that's how you'll learn fastest.
Perks: Benefit Systems, a team that actually likes each other
English: Daily, with U.S. clients. This one's non-negotiable.
Sound good? Details below.
What this job actually is
Somewhere in Manhattan right now, a crew is hanging off a scaffold restoring the façade of a 100-year-old landmark. Our clients are the contractors, façade restoration experts, scaffold providers, and roofers doing that work — and our job is to make sure the world sees it. As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you'll start by supporting our marketing team on real client accounts — writing content, editing video from actual NYC job sites, managing social channels — and grow toward running your own clients. From day one you'll work on live projects, not training exercises. Your posts will be seen by real audiences and your work will be judged by real New Yorkers. In a good way. Usually.
If "I do marketing for the people restoring New York landmarks" sounds like a good answer at a party — keep reading.
Why the hours are like this (and why some people love them)
We work New York time-adjusted: Mon–Thu 12:00–20:00, Fri 10:00–18:00 (Warsaw time).
The honest trade-off: four evenings a week end at 20:00. In exchange:
No alarm at 6:30. Ever.
Mornings are yours — gym (see: Benefit card), errands, uni stuff, sleep.
Zero rush-hour commuting, in either direction.
You work with clients live, in their business hours — real conversations with real New Yorkers, from your first weeks.
If you're a morning person with an 18:00 volleyball league, this schedule will fight you. We'd rather you know before you apply.
Why on-site
No hybrid — and here's why we're upfront about it: junior roles are where you learn by osmosis. Overhearing how a senior handles a tough client call, getting your draft fixed live at someone's desk, asking "wait, why did we do it that way?" thirty seconds after it happens — none of that survives a Teams group. You'll grow roughly twice as fast in the room. If fully on-site is a dealbreaker, we get it — but we'd rather lose you at this paragraph than at month two.
Your week, roughly
Your work clusters into four areas — with support at every step:
1. Content & social — creating and scheduling content for LinkedIn and Instagram (occasionally YouTube and Pinterest), including editing short-form video from real job sites. This will be your biggest area at the start.
2. Design — marketing materials in Canva (Adobe Illustrator is a plus, not a requirement), keeping client brands consistent.
3. Web & SEO basics — updating client websites with SEO-friendly content. You'll learn our approach; you don't need to be an SEO expert yet.
4. Client communication — you'll join client calls and threads in English early on, first shadowing, then contributing, then owning.
AI tools are part of daily work here, not something you have to use in secret. We'll teach you how we use them for drafting, optimization, and workflow — this is one of the most future-proof skills you'll take from this job.
You'll be a fit if you have
Very good spoken and written English — the must-have (you'll use it daily with U.S. clients)
Genuine interest in digital marketing — coursework, internships, your own projects, or accounts you run all count
Practical feel for LinkedIn and Instagram as platforms, not just as a user
Comfort with Canva (Illustrator = bonus points)
Some exposure to video editing — CapCut-level is a fine start
Curiosity about AI tools — you don't need to be an expert, you need to want to be
Attention to detail and the ability to juggle a few tasks without dropping them
A people-first attitude — you'll be talking to contractors, not just dashboards
You do not need: construction industry knowledge, years of experience, or a completed degree. We're hiring for potential and attitude — the rest we'll teach.
What you get
7,500.00 – 8,000.00 PLN gross — we believe in pay transparency, so there it is
Employment contract (umowa o pracę) — stability from day one, but we are open to B2B and mandate contract
Benefit Systems — gyms, pools, climbing walls, classes. Pairs suspiciously well with free mornings.
A real growth path — Junior → Marketing Specialist with your own client accounts → Senior. We'll define the milestones with you in your first month.
Mentorship, not deep water — you'll work alongside experienced specialists who actually have time to teach you
Skills at a rare intersection — marketing × construction × AI × the U.S. market. Two years here reads very differently on a CV than two years of generic agency work.
International environment — daily contact with U.S.-based clients and teams
Modern office at Plac Konstytucji — and a team that genuinely likes working together: integration events, real collaboration, no politics
Yes, there's also good coffee and snacks. No, we're not pretending that's a benefit.
How to apply
Send your CV. Even better: add anything you've made — a portfolio, a school project, an Instagram account you run, a TikTok that did numbers. We care more about what you've created than how polished your CV template is.
