AI Technical Product Manager
About You
You are an AI Technical Product Manager who is passionate about building AI-powered products that solve real business problems and deliver measurable value. You thrive at the intersection of business, technology, and artificial intelligence, translating strategic objectives into scalable product solutions.
You enjoy working with cross-functional teams, defining product vision, prioritizing initiatives, and driving AI adoption across the organization. You are analytical, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and user experience to maximize the impact of AI investments.
You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software products and product roadmaps.
- Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and managing product backlogs.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Semantic Search, and Enterprise Knowledge Bases.
- Experience defining KPIs, measuring product performance, and driving user adoption.
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience leading Agile product delivery with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of Data Governance, Analytics, Responsible AI, and AI governance principles.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, ROI, and organizational impact.
- Own and manage the AI product backlog throughout the product lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead AI product discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
- Drive the evolution of AI knowledge bases, Semantic Search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Enterprise Intelligence capabilities.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Executive Leadership to successfully deliver AI-powered products.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, product adoption, organizational alignment, and change management initiatives.
- Define, monitor, and optimize product KPIs, business outcomes, and value realization metrics.
- Ensure Responsible AI, governance, compliance, and best practices are incorporated throughout the product lifecycle.
- Continuously improve AI products through customer feedback, experimentation, and iterative delivery.
- Communicate AI capabilities, risks, limitations, and opportunities to both technical and business audiences.
