The Opportunity
Jetts New Zealand is looking for a Club Manager on a permanent, 31 hours weekly basis, who is energetic, positive, but most importantly loves to help people achieve their health and exercise goals by creating and maintaining a friendly and welcoming club culture. With more than 50 clubs nationwide you will be joining a dynamic, member centric and hardworking but fun-loving team!
Your working hours are:
Mondays: 10am-7pm
Tuesdays to Thursdays: 12pm-7pm
Saturdays: 8am-11am
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Driving an exceptional member experience and building key stakeholder relationships with members and local businesses
Delivering the agreed number of new membership sales and member growth on a regular basis, reporting to your Regional Performance Manager
Maintaining a positive club culture with the members by engaging in key events and promotions
Performing regular in-club operations tasks to ensure all areas are clean and hygienic, equipment and club repairs are updated and scheduled regularly.
If you ...
are a NZ citizen, resident or have an open work visa without restrictions for 12 months+
hold a current First Aid certificate covering CPR and defib (NZQA unit standards 6401 and 6402), or are prepared to obtain one
are self-motivated and self-disciplined with excellent customer service skills and sales focus,
love working with people and have a positive can-do-attitude
want to work 31 hours per week, Monday to Saturday with Fridays and Sundays off, and have a keen interest in the health & fitness industry,
