- First- und Second-Level-Support für interne Anwender
- Analyse, Priorisierung und nachhaltige Lösung von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen
- Bearbeitung und Pflege von Tickets im Ticketsystem nach ITIL-orientierten Prozessen
- Aufbau, Einrichtung und Wartung von Arbeitsplätzen (Hard- und Software)
- Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Endgeräten (Clients, Peripherie, Mobile Devices)
- Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege von Standardsoftware und Fachanwendungen
- Durchführung von Software-Rollouts, Updates und Patches
- Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Entwicklung und weiteren Fachabteilungen
- Erstellung von Reports, Dokumentationen und Knowledge-Base-Einträgen
Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, Service Desk oder einem vergleichbaren OSS-Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Analyse und Behebung von Anwender- und Systemproblemen
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Gutes technisches und organisatorisches Verständnis
- Serviceorientiertes, freundliches und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Anwendern
- Klare und effektive Kommunikation von Lösungen gegenüber Kunden und Kollegen
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben parallel zu bearbeiten und Prioritäten kundenorientiert zu setzen
- Teamfähigkeit und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen, multikulturellen Teams
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kandidaten müssen einen Strafregisterauszug vorweisen (nicht älter als drei Monate)
