Ecocem loopt voorop in de transitie naar een duurzame bouwsector. Onze missie: de CO₂-uitstoot van cementproductie vóór 2030 met 50% verlagen. Daarom zoeken we een gemotiveerde en leergierige junior procesoperator die zijn opleiding heeft afgerond en samen met ons het verschil wil maken.

Het hoofdbestanddeel van cement is klinker. De productie van klinker en daarmee van cement veroorzaakt wereldwijd 8% van de totale CO2-uitstoot. De productie van cement is schadelijker dan de luchtvaart, de scheepvaart en het langeafstandsvervoer samen. De Ecocem Group werkt al ruim twintig jaar aan verduurzaming van de cementindustrie en onze ambitie is om tegen 2030 de wereldwijde CO2-uitstoot van de sector te halveren. We doen dat door gemalen gegranuleerde hoogovenslak, ons basisproduct, zo efficiënt mogelijk in te zetten en nieuwe, alternatieve technologieën voor CO2-arm cement met een laag klinkergehalte te ontwikkelen en op te schalen. De Ecocem Group beschikt over fabrieken en opslaglocaties in Ierland, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, de Verenigde Staten, Frankrijk en Nederland. We zijn een snelgroeiend, talentgericht en innovatie gedreven bedrijf met intrinsieke motivatie om een positieve impact te hebben.
Beschrijving
Als junior procesoperator zorg je dat onze fabriek veilig en efficiënt draait. Je werkt in een innovatieve en resultaatgerichte omgeving, waar veiligheid en duurzaamheid voorop staan.
Wat ga je doen?
- Bedienen en bewaken van het productieproces (GGBS, blended en speciale producten)
- Bedienen van een loader (shovel)
- Uitvoeren van start- en stopprocedures
- Instellen en bijstellen van procesparameters voor optimale productie en kwaliteit
- Uurregistratie van productiegegevens
- Nemen en analyseren van monsters voor kwaliteitscontrole
- Inspecteren van installaties tijdens productie
- Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen in proces of kwaliteit
- Ondersteunen bij onderhoudswerkzaamheden en algemene netheid van de fabriek
Dit breng jij mee
- 0 tot maximaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een industriële productieomgeving
- Technische achtergrond (mechanisch of elektrisch) is een pré
- Ervaring met SCADA- of PLC-gestuurde installaties is een pluspunt
- In het bezit van VAPRO B of C
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk). Engels is een pré
