Senior Retail Manager
DNC Labs Pty Ltd is clinically proven skincare. DNC Labs Pty Ltd are looking for a full-time Senior Retail Manager to join our growing team.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the budget and stock orders, sourcing goods and vendor negotiations
- Making strategic decisions and reporting directly to senior executives on operational goals
- Planning and implementing promotional offers and sales in line with stock availability and demand
- Planning, overseeing and implementing sales of products to customers in a way which boosts customer satisfaction and develops relationships
- Price setting and purchasing policies including return and exchange policy
- Liaising and dealing with stockists
- Recording and reporting on stock levels, budgets
- OH&S compliance
About you:
- At least 2 years relevant expense in a high volume retail setting
- Relevant qualifications highly regarded

- Effective leadership and management skills
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving experience
- Proven ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in using computer systems
- Strong communication skills among all stakeholders
- Dedicated work ethic and eye for detail and accuracy
We are offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum + superannuation depending on the candidate.
