Als Kreditsachbearbeiter (m/w/d) übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich spannende Aufgaben rund um private und gewerbliche Finanzierungen – in einem familiären Team mit flachen Hierarchien und echter Wertschätzung.

Aufgaben
- Vollständige Bearbeitung von privaten und gewerblichen Kreditengagements – von der Antragsprüfung bis zum Abschluss
- Genehmigung von Finanzierungen im Rahmen deiner individuell festgelegten Kompetenzen
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Bestandsfinanzierungen
- Bewertung und laufende Überwachung von Kreditsicherheiten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus der Kundenberatung
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bankkaufmann/-frau oder Bankfachwirt/in
- Gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Kreditwesen ist ein klares Plus
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit im Arbeitsalltag
- Freude an der Arbeit und Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
