Acheteur marché public IT H/F (CDD)
* Accompagner les clientes internes et clients internes dans la définition et la formalisation de leurs besoins
* Participer à la rédaction des cahiers des charges et documents de consultation
* Conseiller les parties prenantes sur les stratégies achats et les procédures applicables
* Rédiger et préparer les documents administratifs liés aux consultations
* Assurer la publication des procédures sur les plateformes dédiées
* Coordonner l'analyse des candidatures et des offres
* Organiser et participer aux soutenances et échanges avec les opérateurs économiques
* Conduire les négociations lorsque la procédure le permet
* Contribuer au choix des attributaires avec les prescriptrices et prescripteurs
* Réaliser les formalités d'attribution, de notification et de contractualisation
* Assurer le suivi de l'exécution des marchés : avenants, suivi financier, gestion des pénalités le cas échéant ;

Localisation : La Plaine Saint-Denis
Télétravail : Jusqu'à 2 jours par semaine
Environnement : Projets achats IT variés avec autonomie et interaction permanente avec les équipes métiers Notre client recherche une personne disposant d'une solide maîtrise des marchés publics appliqués aux achats IT : prestations intellectuelles, matériel informatique, hébergement, solutions SaaS ou On-Premise, TMA, cybersécurité ou prestations liées à la protection des données. Une connaissance d'achatpublic.com et de CEGID constitue un atout. Organisation, autonomie, rigueur, sens du service, capacité d'adaptation et gestion de projets sont attendus.
