• Implementierung der SAP Engagement Cloud Enterprise Edition
• Durchführung des Standard Setups und der Basis-Konfiguration
• Abbildung eines DSGVO-konformen Double-OptIn Prozesses
• Implementierung einer einfachen Mailing-Kampagne
• Integration der Lösung mit der vorhandenen SAP Sales Cloud V1
• Iterative Implementierung zur schnellen Produktivsetzung auf Basis von SAP Best Practices
• Konfiguration von Integrationen mittels SAP Integration Suite (CPI/iFlows)
• Umsetzung eines ersten produktiven Customer Engagement Use Cases zur Etablierung eines modernen Marketing- und Kampagnenmanagements
Muss-Anforderungen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Implementierung der SAP Engagement Cloud Enterprise Edition
• Erfahrung im Standard Setup und in der Basis-Konfiguration von SAP-Systemen
• Expertise in der Abbildung von DSGVO-konformen Double-Opt-In Prozessen
• Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Durchführung von Mailing-Kampagnen
• Kenntnisse in der Integration von SAP Engagement Cloud mit SAP Sales Cloud V1
• Praktische Erfahrung mit der SAP Integration Suite (CPI/iFlows) unter Berücksichtigung von SAP Best Practices
