Unsere Teams arbeiten in Bereichen wie Banking & Payments, Cards und Trusted Solutions und entwickeln Technologien, die sichere und nahtlose digitale Erlebnisse ermöglichen. Gleichzeitig fördern wir den Wissensaustausch in der Branche – unter anderem durch Publikationen, Expertenbeiträge und Fachveranstaltungen.
Aufgaben
- Aufbau, Einführung und Pflege des unternehmensweiten IT-Notfall- und Continuity-Managementsystems (ITSCM) einschließlich Richtlinien und Prozessen sowie Ausrichtung an Standards wie ISO 27031, ITIL, BSI 200-4 und ISO 27001.
- Durchführung von Risiko-, Gap- und Verfügbarkeitsanalysen; Ableitung zielgerichteter Maßnahmen
- Ableitung und Festlegung von Wiederanlaufzeiten und Kennzahlen (RTO/KPIs) auf Basis von BIA-Ergebnissen und SLAs
- Erstellung technischer ITSCM-Konzepte und IT-Recovery Pläne
- Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung regelmäßiger ITSC-Tests/Übungen sowie Einleitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Bereichen wie Business Continuity Management (BCM), Informationssicherheitsmanagement (ISM), Krisenmanagement und Cyber Incident Response sowie Unterstützung bei Schulungen und Sensibilisierung der Fachbereiche
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Management oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Service-Management und/oder IT-Notfall-/Continuity-Management sowie Projektmanagement
- Fundiertes Verständnis von IT-Infrastrukturen, Risiken, Notfallprozessen und Recovery-Strategien
- Erfahrung mit Normen und Standards wie ISO 27031, ITIL, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, KritisV, DORA
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit sowie analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und proaktives Prozessdenken
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
