Expert Planning H/F (CDI)

Cela ne nous limite pas à recruter des spécialistes de l'environnement mais tout talent considérant que le net zéro est une démarche essentielle dans leur activité. MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :
- Construire, structurer et piloter le planning global du programme d'optimisation
- Définir et challenger les hypothèses de planification en lien avec les équipes projet
- Mettre en place des stratégies d'optimisation des délais
- Identifier les chemins critiques et proposer des leviers d'accélération des activités chantier
- Analyser les écarts planning et mettre en place des plans d'actions correctifs
- Être le référent planning auprès des différentes parties prenantes (équipes techniques, management, client)
- Coordonner les interfaces entre les différentes disciplines afin d'assurer la cohérence globale du planning
- Participer aux instances de pilotage et fournir des indicateurs de performance fiables
- Contribuer activement à l'objectif de réduction des délais de construction PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :
- Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent
- Minimum 15 ans d'expérience en planification de projets industriels complexes
- Maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral (animation de réunions en anglais)
- Expérience en phase chantier (construction et/ou montage) dans le secteur nucléaire
- Maîtrise avancée des outils de planification (Primavera P6)
- Solide compréhension des environnements internationaux
- Capacité à travailler en environnement exigeant avec de multiples interfaces
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et esprit de synthèse
