Qualitätsingenieur (m/w/d) als Teamleitung für die Bereiche Claim-Management und Prüfplanung
Wir entwickeln und fertigen Radsätze und deren Komponenten mit der höchsten Qualität und für alle Arten von Schienenfahrzeugen: klassische Züge und Hochgeschwindigkeitszüge, U-Bahnen, Straßenbahnen und Nahverkehrswagen, Lokomotiven und Güterwagen. Und liefern in weltweit mehr als 80 Länder.
Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von internen und externen Reklamationen
(Ursachenanalyse, 8D-Report, Erarbeitung von Abstellmaßnahmen und deren Verfolgung) - Weiterentwicklung der CAQ-gestützten Prüfplanung
- Optimierung der internen Abläufe der Qualitätsabteilung durch gezielten und
verstärkten Einsatz der EDV - Sonderaufgaben wie z.B. Mitarbeit in Projektteams, Untersuchungen/Analysen bei
Schadensfällen, Erstellen von Statistiken, temporäre Vertretung von Kollegen der Abteilung
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Metalltechnik o.ä.
- Zusatzausbildungen zum Beispiel zum Qualitätsmanager oder Internen Auditor
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Qualitätsingenieur in der Metallbranche, vorzugsweise innerhalb der Automobil- oder Bahnindustrie
- IT-Affinität
- Kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Sicheres Auftreten, kundenorientiertes Denken und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Beherrschung der gängigen Office-Programme
