Dans un cadre médico-social, vous soutenez activement les résidents dans les aspects cruciaux de leur vie quotidienne
- Assurer le confort, la sécurité et un environnement plaisant pour chaque résident
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des projets personnalisés en encourageant l'autonomie et la vie sociale
- Observer l'état de santé, transmettre vos observations et collaborer avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire

- Posséder le Diplôme d'État d'Accompagnant Éducatif et Social (DEAES)

- Maîtrise des techniques d'animation pour stimuler la vie sociale des résidents
- Collaboration étroite avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire pour un accompagnement optimal
