Flebotomista Unidad Movil Grupo Diagnostico Aries
Grupo Diagnóstico Aries se encuentra en crecimiento y buscamos integrar a Flebotomistas con alta calidad técnica, vocación de servicio y enfoque en la atención segura y humana al paciente, para operación en Unidades Móviles.
Descripción del puesto La posición de Flebotomista en Unidades Móviles es clave para la correcta toma de muestras biológicas en jornadas extramuros, campañas de salud y proyectos especiales, asegurando la calidad preanalítica, el apego a protocolos y una atención profesional al paciente.
El rol requiere disponibilidad de horario y movilidad, así como trabajo coordinado con el equipo operativo durante las rutas asignadas. Responsabilidades principales Brindar información clara al paciente sobre requisitos previos a la toma de muestras.
Realizar venopunciones utilizando técnica Vacutainer automatizada indispensable. Toma de muestras sanguíneas, exudados nasales y faríngeos y otros fluidos biológicos. Etiquetar, manejar y resguardar muestras conforme a protocolos institucionales.
Apoyar en la preparación, orden y control de insumos dentro de la unidad móvil.
Cumplir con normas de bioseguridad, higiene y lineamientos internos.
Reportar incidencias operativas durante la jornada y ruta asignada. Requisitos Formación académica TLC, TLQ o Lic. en Enfermería título y cédula, o carta pasante.
Experiencia 6 meses a 1 año en toma de muestras.
Dominio de técnicas de venopunción Vacutainer.
Disponibilidad de horario y movilidad para trabajo en campo.
Habilidad para el trato empático y profesional con pacientes.
Organización, responsabilidad y atención al detalle. Condiciones laborales Jornada y horarios De acuerdo con la operación y rutas asignadas.
