
Portfolio Manager
We are seeking for an experienced and results-driven Portfolio Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, maximizing portfolio performance, ensuring high occupancy, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional property management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and key clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor property performance, occupancy, renewals, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with Leasing, Property Management, Maintenance, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare portfolio performance reports and present recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and applicable UAE laws.
- Identify opportunities to grow the property portfolio and improve operational efficiency.
- Resolve client concerns and escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in portfolio management, property management, or real estate account management within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and property management practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/Property Management systems.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
