Dans un établissement pour personnes âgées, vous participerez activement à l'accompagnement quotidien et au bien-être des résidents
- Assister les résidents dans les gestes de la vie quotidienne avec bienveillance et respect
- Collaborer avec l'équipe médicale pour assurer un environnement sécurisé et adapté aux besoins spécifiques des résidents
- Contribuer à l'animation de la vie sociale et culturelle, en favorisant l'épanouissement des résidents

- Contrat: Intérim
- Durée: 1/mois selon vos disponibilités
- Salaire: 16 euros/heure selon l'expérience

- Vous justifiez de deux ans d'expérience minimum dans un poste similaire
- Adhérer aux valeurs humaines et favoriser un environnement bienveillant et respectueux
- Posséder une formation qualifiante d'État en Accompagnement éducatif et social
- Faire preuve de patience, d'empathie et d'excellentes compétences en communication
