Comment souhaitez-vous contribuer au bien-être des résidents en tant qu'Accompagnant éducatif et social (F/H) dans un établissement médico-social ?
Dans un cadre médico-social, vous assurez le bien-être et l'autonomie des résidents au quotidien.
- Assister les résidents dans les actes essentiels de la vie quotidienne, tout en veillant à leur confort et à leur sécurité
- Participer à l'élaboration des projets personnalisés des résidents et animer des activités adaptées pour promouvoir leur vie sociale
- Observer l'état de santé des résidents, transmettre vos observations et collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire pour un accompagnement cohérent

- Sens aigu de l'observation et de l'écoute pour identifier les besoins des résidents
- Capacité à animer des activités adaptées au projet personnalisé de chaque résident
- Aptitude à communiquer efficacement et à collaborer au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire
- Diplôme d'État d'Accompagnant Éducatif et Social (AES) requis pour ce poste
