Camarero/a de pisos - Alcanada Golf Hotel - (Islas Baleares)
En Garden Hotel Group buscamos un/a Camarero/a de pisos para incorporarse al Hotel Alcanada Golf. Su misión será realizar las tareas de limpieza y conservación de habitaciones y áreas comunes. Cuáles serán sus funciones?Limpieza e imagen de habitaciones y áreas comunes del hotel, siguiendo los estándares de limpieza establecidos con el fin de ofrecer calidad en el servicio al cliente y contribuir a los objetivos operativos, económicos, de calidad y clima laboral. Aplicar diariamente los comportamientos generales de la Garden Experience y los propios del departamento de pisos. Colocación de Amenities. Preparación y reposición del carro, manteniendo un orden y limpieza en los carros. Cumplir con las tareas encargadas por el/la gobernante/a con la mayor eficiencia posible. Atención al cliente teniendo en cuenta sus necesidades y escuchando sus peticiones para garantizar una mayor satisfacción durante su estancia.
Requisitos : Cuáles son los requisitos para el puesto?Estudios mínimos: Educación Secundaria Obligatoria. Preferible nociones de inglés. Experiencia en puesto similar (mínimo 6 meses en hotel de categoría similar) Curso en formación de camarero/a de pisos o similar. Qué competencias valoramos?Atención al detalle Proactivo/a y resolutivo/a Empatía y escucha activa Orientación al cliente Tolerancia al estrés Meticulosidad Capacidad de adaptación Salario bruto anual según convenio hostelería de Baleares.
