About the Role
As Nurse Practitioner, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients, ensuring excellent outcomes and supporting a healthier community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and managing a wide range of health conditions
- Leading treatment planning and clinical decision-making
- Conducting assessments and providing triage care
- Educating and empowering patients on health and wellness
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Contributing to quality improvement, research, and mentoring
About You
You are a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner who is committed to patient-centred care and making a difference.
You will bring:
- Current Nurse Practitioner registration and APC (NZ)
- Mandarin speaker will be advanteagous
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively
- A growth mindset and dedication to ongoing learning
