En tant que professionnel attentif·ve, vous apporterez un soutien quotidien aux résidents d'un établissement pour personnes âgées
- Assurer l'accompagnement des résidents dans les activités de la vie quotidienne, en respectant leurs besoins et préférences
- Participer à la mise en œuvre de projets individualisés visant à maintenir l'autonomie des résidents
- Collaborer avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire pour créer une atmosphère bienveillante et sécurisée pour chaque résident

- Contrat: Intérim
- Durée: 1/mois selon vos disponibilités
- Salaire: 16 euros/heure selon l'expérience

Nous recherchons un Accompagnant éducatif et social (F/H) expérimenté pour des missions intérimaires en établissement pour personnes âgées.
- Vous justifiez d'au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans l'accompagnement des personnes âgées
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles pour favoriser le bien-être et le confort des résidents
- Capacité d'adaptation et réactivité face aux situations variées rencontrées en établissement
- Diplôme d'Etat d'Accompagnant Educatif et Social requis pour postuler à ce poste
