Gestalten Sie die Entwicklung unserer Gesellschafter und Mitarbeitenden aktiv mit. Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Personalentwicklung und Recruiting beraten Sie unsere Gesellschafter und Führungskräfte in der Zentrale bei der Gewinnung, Entwicklung und Bindung von Talenten und begleiten organisatorische Veränderungen nachhaltig zum Erfolg.

Aufgaben
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson beraten Sie unsere Gesellschafter und Führungskräfte der Zentrale zu allen Themen der Personalentwicklung, Mitarbeitergewinnung und Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen
- Sie begleiten unsere Unternehmer bei Personalentwicklungs-, Recruiting- und Veränderungsvorhaben und sorgen für eine praxisnahe Umsetzung in den Märkten
- Sie entwickeln und realisieren bedarfsgerechte Konzepte, Workshops und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen für Gesellschafter und die Mitarbeitenden der Unternehmenszentrale
- Sie führen ein kleines Team mit Wertschätzung und Vertrauen und unterstützen die Mitarbeitenden in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung
- Darüber hinaus optimieren Sie kontinuierlich bestehende Prozesse und begleiten die Besetzung von Fach- und Führungspositionen
- Sie nutzen Kennzahlen und Rückmeldungen aus den Märkten, um Personalmaßnahmen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und ihren Nutzen für die Gesellschafter zu erhöhen
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Personalentwicklung und Recruiting, idealerweise in einer Führungsrolle
- Leidenschaft für die Entwicklung von Menschen, Teams und Organisationen sowie ein modernes Verständnis von Lernen und Talentförderung
- Starke Beratungs- und Netzwerkkompetenz mit der Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Stakeholder auf allen Ebenen zu begeistern und mitzunehmen
- Eigeninitiative, Gestaltungskraft und Umsetzungsstärke bei der Begleitung von Veränderungs- und Entwicklungsprozessen
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie eine pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität
