Pädagogische Geschäftsführung (m/w/d) mit Bestellung zum hauptamtlichen Vorstandsmitglied
Der Verein für Erziehungshilfen e.V. ist ein freier Träger der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe mit rund 65 Mitarbeitenden und vielfältigen Angeboten in Dortmund. Dazu gehören Jugendwohngruppen, heilpädagogische Tagesgruppen, ambulante Hilfen sowie weitere Angebote der Hilfen zur Erziehung. Aktuell entwickeln wir unser Angebot weiter und bauen zusätzliche stationäre Hilfen auf.
Zur Verstärkung unserer Geschäftsführung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die gemeinsam mit der wirtschaftlichen Geschäftsführung unseren Verein weiterentwickelt.
Aufgaben
Sie übernehmen die pädagogische Geschäftsführung und arbeiten in einer gleichberechtigten Geschäftsführung mit klaren Ressortschwerpunkten. Strategische Entscheidungen entwickeln und verantworten Sie gemeinsam. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng, vertrauensvoll und auf Augenhöhe mit der wirtschaftlichen Geschäftsführung zusammen. Die Ressortverteilung entbindet beide Geschäftsführungen jedoch nicht von der gemeinsamen Gesamtverantwortung für den Verein.
Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:
- fachliche und strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Angebote
- Qualitäts- und Organisationsentwicklung
- Sicherstellung des Kinderschutzes
- Personalführung und Personalentwicklung im pädagogischen Bereich
- Begleitung und Beratung der Teamleitungen
- Aufbau und Pflege von Kooperationen und Netzwerken
- Vertretung des Vereins gegenüber Jugendämtern, Behörden und Kooperationspartnern
- vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aufsichtsrat
- Mitwirkung an der strategischen und wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung des Vereins
Qualifikation
- abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Soziale Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Erziehungswissenschaften, Sozialmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mehrjährige Leitungserfahrung in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe
- fundierte Kenntnisse der Hilfen zur Erziehung nach dem SGB VIII
- Erfahrung in Organisations- und Personalentwicklung
- sicheres Auftreten sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
- ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
- strategisches Denken und Entscheidungsfreude
- Identifikation mit den Werten eines freien Trägers
