Als Operations Engineer unterstützt du die Implementierung und den Betrieb unserer cloudnativen Plattform Seqonis. Du übersetzt Kundenanforderungen in funktionierende Lösungen, konfigurierst Anwendungen und Prozesse und arbeitest eng mit Kunden, Product Management, Engineering und Cloud Operations zusammen.
Dabei geht es nicht um klassische Softwareentwicklung und nicht um Presales – sondern darum, hochwertige Lösungen erfolgreich bei unseren Kunden umzusetzen und nachhaltig zu betreiben.
Aufgaben
Solution Delivery
- Implementierung von Seqonis-Lösungen für führende internationale Pharma- und Chemieunternehmen
- Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Übersetzung in skalierbare Plattformkonfigurationen
- Konfiguration von Anwendungen, Workflows, Dashboards, KPIs, Formularen und Geschäftsprozessen
- Unterstützung bei Tests, Go-Lives und Hypercare-Phasen
Technical Project Execution
- Verantwortung für technische Arbeitspakete innerhalb von Enterprise-Implementierungsprojekten
- Planung und Umsetzung von Implementierungsaufgaben unter Berücksichtigung technischer Abhängigkeiten
- Zusammenarbeit mit Product Management, Engineering, Cloud Operations, Customer Solutions und Kund:innen
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Konsistenz und termingerechter Umsetzung
Cloud Platform & Integration
- Deployment, Konfiguration und Betrieb von Seqonis in Kubernetes-basierten Kundenumgebungen
- Integration von Seqonis mit Unternehmenssystemen, Datenquellen und AI-Architekturen
- Konfiguration von APIs, Datenzuordnungen, Identity Management und Plattformintegrationen
- Analyse und Behebung von Applikations-, Integrations- und Infrastrukturproblemen sowie Weiterentwicklung von Implementierungsstandards
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Enterprise-SaaS-Lösungen in komplexen Kundenumgebungen
- Gutes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen und der Konfiguration von Unternehmenssoftware
- Fähigkeit, Kundenanforderungen in skalierbare technische Lösungen zu übersetzen
- Erfahrung mit Kubernetes, Azure, SQL, APIs und Enterprise-Integrationen
- Analytische und pragmatische Herangehensweise sowie hohe Eigenverantwortung
- Freude an Zusammenarbeit, Kommunikation und lösungsorientiertem Arbeiten
