Como Agente de Rent a Car en nuestra oficina del aeropuerto de Bilbao, serás responsable de: Ofrecer un asesoramiento personalizado, garantizando una experiencia de cliente diferencial a lo largo de todo el rental journey. Gestionar reservas y formalizar contratos de alquiler, asegurando precisión y calidad en el servicio. Identificar oportunidades comerciales y promover productos y servicios adicionales adaptados a cada cliente. Qué ofrecemos? Formación inicial práctica y remunerada. Contrato: es temporal por sustitución de una baja de maternidad. Fecha de incorporación: Inmediata. Jornada completa de lunes a domingos en turnos rotativos, librando dos días a la semana según cuadrante. Paquete retributivo competitivo: salario fijo + incentivos por desempeño. Programa de beneficios y descuentos. Plan de formación continua y desarrollo profesional. Entorno internacional donde el inglés es herramienta diaria. Qué buscamos? Grado o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior (valorable Turismo o similar). Experiencia mínima de 1 año en atención al cliente y ventas. Nivel alto de inglés (otros idiomas altamente valorables). Permiso de conducir B. Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas. Alta orientación al cliente, habilidades comerciales y capacidad de comunicación. Proactividad, atención al detalle y orientación a la excelencia.
Requisitos : -Grado o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior, preferiblemente en el área de Turismo. -Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés. Se valorarán conocimientos de otros idiomas. -Pasión por la atención al cliente y experiencia en ventas. -Flexibilidad y capacidad de trabajar en un sistema de turnos establecidos -Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas. -Carnet de conducir B.
