The Role
- Deliver community-based Speech Pathology services across your preferred client group
- Build a caseload aligned with your clinical interests and expertise
- Complete assessments, therapy, reports, and goal-focused intervention
- Work independently while maintaining flexibility over your diary and workload
- $90–$130 per hour depending on experience
- Choose the clients and caseload you want to work with
- Set your own schedule and availability
- Full-time or part-time contractor opportunities (pick your days)
- Community-based role with flexibility to work around your lifestyle
- High level of autonomy with ongoing support available when needed
- Ideal for experienced clinicians looking for work-life balance and independence
- SPA Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (or eligible)
- Experience working independently within community or NDIS settings preferred
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centred care
