Kierownik / Kierowniczka Produkcji
Kierowanie całością operacji produkcyjnych na obszarze tłoczni oraz nadzór nad ich prawidłowym, bezpiecznym przebiegiem.
Zapewnianie terminowej realizacji harmonogramów produkcyjnych przy jednoczesnej dbałości o standardy jakościowe i redukcję wydatków operacyjnych.
Budowanie zaangażowania podległego personelu, planowanie obsady oraz podnoszenie kwalifikacji podwładnych.
Ścisłe współdziałanie z pionem technicznym w celu utrzymania ciągłości ruchu maszynowego i zapobiegania awariom.
Inicjowanie i wdrażanie autorskich projektów modernizacyjnych oraz technologicznych.
Monitorowanie i weryfikacja kluczowych parametrów produkcyjnych, sporządzanie zestawień dla dyrekcji oraz współtworzenie planu finansowego działu.
Wymagania
Dyplom wyższej uczelni technicznej (najlepiej na kierunkach takich jak: zarządzanie i inżynieria produkcji, budowa maszyn czy mechanika).
Minimum 3-letni staż na stanowisku kierowniczym związanym z koordynacją pracy ludzi w sektorze produkcyjnym.
Biegła znajomość filozofii Lean Manufacturing oraz metod szczupłego zarządzania fabryką.
Zdolność do wyciągania konstruktywnych wniosków z danych liczbowych i wdrażania zmian na ich podstawie.
Znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodne porozumiewanie się.
Praktyczne doświadczenie w obsłudze oprogramowania klasy ERP dedykowanego dla produkcji.
