Offrirai unassistenza clienti di alta qualità mentre vivi in una delle città più vivaci dEuropa, famosa per le sue spiagge, la sua storia e la sua cucina.

Gestire richieste dei clienti via telefono, e-mail e chat in italiano

Fornire assistenza chiara, empatica e professionale

Risolvere problemi tecnici o di account di base

Inoltrare i casi complessi ai reparti competenti

Mantenere registri accurati e organizzati nei sistemi CRM

Contratto a tempo pieno con stipendio competitivo (in base a esperienza e profilo)

Bonus mensile fino al 10% in base alle prestazioni

Supplementi legali:
Ore notturne (22:0006:00): +25% sulla retribuzione oraria base (Legge 3385/2005 & successive modifiche)
Domeniche e festivi (quando inclusi nel turno): +75% sulla retribuzione oraria base (Legge 435/1976, tuttora in vigore) -
