Tareas y responsabilidades Preparar y servir cócteles clásicos, de autor, bebidas premium, café y otras bebidas siguiendo los estándares de calidad del hotel. Ofrecer una atención personalizada y asesorar a los clientes sobre la carta de bebidas, recomendando productos y maridajes. Garantizar el correcto montaje, limpieza y organización de la barra, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria. Gestionar el stock de bebidas, cristalería y suministros, notificando necesidades de reposición cuando sea necesario. Realizar cobros y gestionar el TPV de forma precisa. Coordinarse con el equipo de sala, cocina y dirección para ofrecer una experiencia de servicio excelente. Resolver consultas o incidencias de los clientes con una actitud profesional, cercana y orientada a la satisfacción del cliente. Contribuir a crear un ambiente acogedor y exclusivo que refleje los estándares de calidad de Pulitzer Hotels. Requisitos : Experiencia previa como Bartender en hoteles de alta categoría, coctelerías o establecimientos de restauración de nivel. Conocimiento de coctelería clásica y moderna, destilados, vinos y otras bebidas. Valorable experiencia en la elaboración de café de especialidad y bebidas calientes. Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y tomar decisiones con rapidez en momentos de alta demanda. Persona resolutiva, organizada y con capacidad para trabajar bajo presión. Alta orientación al cliente, excelentes habilidades de comunicación y vocación de servicio. Responsabilidad, compromiso y atención al detalle. Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluidos fines de semana y festivos.
