Wsparcie techniczne zespołu sprzedaży podczas współpracy z klientami z obszaru prefabrykacji, infrastruktury i betonu towarowego.
Doradztwo techniczne oraz udział w spotkaniach z kluczowymi klientami.
Przygotowywanie analiz technicznych i kalkulacji receptur oraz ich optymalizacja.
Opracowywanie i weryfikacja dokumentacji technicznej na potrzeby inwestycji i akceptacji materiałowych.
Prowadzenie prób laboratoryjnych i przemysłowych oraz współpraca z klientami przy testach produktów.
Współpraca z działem R&D przy wdrażaniu nowych produktów oraz realizacji projektów rozwojowych.
Obsługa zgłoszeń reklamacyjnych, analiza problemów technologicznych oraz przygotowywanie ekspertyz technicznych.
Wizyty techniczne na budowach i w zakładach produkcyjnych.
Prowadzenie szkoleń produktowych oraz przygotowywanie prezentacji i wystąpień na konferencjach branżowych.
Wymagania:
Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne, preferowane z zakresu technologii betonu, materiałów budowlanych, budownictwa lub pokrewne.
Doświadczenie w pracy z betonem, cementem lub innymi materiałami budowlanymi - must have.
Znajomość technologii betonu oraz zagadnień związanych z projektowaniem receptur.
Umiejętność analizy problemów technicznych i proponowania skutecznych rozwiązań.
Dobra organizacja pracy oraz umiejętność współpracy z klientami i zespołami wewnętrznymi.
Umiejętność prowadzenia prezentacji i szkoleń.
Prawo jazdy kat. B i gotowość do wyjazdów służbowych na terenie woj. pomorskiego, zachodniopomorskiego oraz warmińsko-mazurskiego.
Znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca współpracę w międzynarodowym środowisku będzie dodatkowym atutem.
