Recepcionista - (Valencia)
En Hospes Palau de la Mar buscamos un/a Recepcionista que desempeñe las siguientes funciones: * Atención al cliente. * Gestión de las entradas y salidas de los clientes del Hotel. * Responder a las peticiones de información que formulen los clientes. * Realizar las gestiones relacionadas con la ocupación y venta de las habitaciones. * Custodiar los objetos de valor y el dinero depositados. * Realizar labores propias de la facturación y cobro. * Controlar el cierre de caja a final de su turno. * Aplicar los Estándares de calidad de la Cadena siguiendo el Manual de Procedimientos.
Requisitos : * Titulación universitaria relacionada con Turismo o áreas afines. * Experiencia previa en puesto similar de al menos 2 años en hoteles de 5*. * Imprescindible disponer de un nivel alto de Inglés (valorable el conocimiento de otros idiomas). * Muy valorable el conocimiento de OperaCloud. * Disponer de carnet de conducir. * Resolución de conflictos e incidencias. * Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos (Mañana, Tardes y Noches) Qué ofrecemos? * Formar parte de una prestigiosa cadena de hoteles de lujo, presente en un total de 9 destinos en España, en plena expansión. * Posibilidades de crecimiento y desarrollo dentro de la cadena. * Buen ambiente laboral, equipo multicultural y trabajo en equipo. * Formación ilimitada de libre acceso más de 20.000 materiales formativos (desde libros, cursos, audiolibros, podcasts etc.) en diferentes áreas. * Posibilidad de participar en nuestro programa Hospes Exchange y poder tener una experiencia de trabajo en uno o más hoteles de nuestra marca. * Descuentos exclusivos en los hoteles de nuestra cadena para ti y tu familia o amigos en Alojamiento, F&B y SPA. * Acceso al Club Hospes Hotels, donde puedes disfrutar de muchos más descuentos exclusivos.
