**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to support the day-to-day leadership of our kitchen operations. Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences, maintaining the highest food quality standards, and leading a motivated team of culinary professionals. In this full-time role, you will oversee food preparation and service, assist with menu execution, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
