KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be an experienced qualified stylist in salon
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Deliver quality Style Cuts & Styling skills
- Be confident in all aspects of haircutting & barbering
- Empower our clients with expert advice and sell retail
- Be a contributing team player and support our culture
- Maintain operational compliance and brand systems
- Be reliable, punctual and super enthusiastic each day

With over 220+ Just Cuts salons globally and 3000+ qualified hairstylists, we provide affordable Style Cuts for everyone, serving over 100,000 clients per week. Franchising is our successful business model, and our stylists are the heart of our community.
