Who We Are:

We are a small, progressive property management company located in Auckland. Our team is friendly, hardworking and specialises in investment properties, predominantly for Opes Partner’s clients (our parent company).

About The Role:

  • Provide a high-quality service to Landlords and Tenants, enhancing your professional career within a respected company.
  • Manage a portfolio (up to 115) making sure rent is paid, inspections are done, and informational needs are met for Landlords and Tenants.
  • Enjoy getting out of the office to complete inspections in properties around the city!


About the Team:

Join our wonderful team of 10: a BDM who onboards our clients, Leasing Agent, a PM Team Leader and 7x PM's. Our Accounts & Admin Coordinator is in CHCH. All are hardworking, supportive, and have a great sense of humour! (We also have a team of 12 in our Christchurch office).

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in residential Property Management within Auckland
  • Excellent time management and organisation
  • Tech savvy (easily operate phone, laptop and learn software)
  • Trustworthy team player who can work independently
  • Values compliance and best practice
  • Customer service focused and friendly


Must haves for role:

  • Ability to work 8.30am-5pm weekdays
  • Can be rostered on for emergency after-hours phone every 7-8 weeks
  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Permanent Resident or NZ Citizen
  • Full driver’s license with ability to drive
  • Acceptable background checks
