Prestaciones de Ley Seguro de Vida Objetivo. Ejecutar en sitio las actividades de detección, cuantificación y registro de fugas y venteos de metano mediante tecnología OGI en los activos Del cliente, cumpliendo con el Procedimiento de Emisiones de Metano MEX, los lineamientos de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente, y los estándares técnicos establecidos por el cliente. Responsabilidades
Apoyar en la identificación, verificación y etiquetado de fugas y venteos en equipos y componentes de las instalaciones.
Registrar información de campo, evidencia fotográfica y videográfica, así como datos técnicos requeridos para los reportes del programa LDAR.
Operar y resguardar correctamente el equipo OGI, herramientas y materiales asignados, asegurando su uso conforme a las instrucciones técnicas y de seguridad.
Apoyar en la carga y validación de información en los sistemas corporativos definidos EMA Blueworx o en los formatos oficiales cuando aplique.
Cumplir con los requisitos de seguridad en sitio, incluyendo la aplicación de JSA, permisos de trabajo, uso de EPP y atención a inducciones de seguridad.
Reportar oportunamente cualquier condición insegura, desviación del procedimiento o incidencia detectada durante la ejecución del servicio.
Coordinarse con el Inspector LDAR, el Coordinador del Servicio y el personal del cliente durante las actividades en campo. Requisitos del puesto Formación Técnico, carrera técnica o licenciatura trunca en áreas afines como Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica, Ambiental, Química, Energía o similares. Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en trabajos de campo en instalaciones industriales, preferentemente en el sector energético, gas natural u oil gas.
Deseable experiencia en inspecciones LDAR, monitoreo ambiental, mantenimiento industrial o servicios técnicos en campo.
Experiencia en trabajo en instalaciones operativas y bajo lineamientos estrictos de seguridad.
Cursos y acreditaciones en Detección y cuantificación de fugas de metano termografía infrarroja
Cursos y acreditaciones en Metrología y aseguramiento de la calidad de las mediciones
Cursos y acreditaciones en Detección y cuantificación de emisiones a través de tecnologías OGI
Análisis de datos de emisiones, cuantificación a nivel de instalación, equipo y componente.
