Qué harás
Reclutar, seleccionar y desarrollar asesores comerciales.
Capacitar y acompañar a tu equipo para alcanzar resultados.
Gestionar accesos y permisos en instituciones asignadas.
Supervisar el proceso comercial desde la venta hasta la entrega de la póliza.
Impulsar el cumplimiento de metas de ventas y crecimiento del equipo.

Experiencia en liderazgo comercial.
Experiencia reclutando y desarrollando equipos de ventas.
Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.
Gusto por el trabajo en campo y desarrollo de personas.
