ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:Twoje główne zadania:
- przygotowywanie potraw zgodnie z recepturą i standardami kuchni
- efektywna współpraca z Szefem Kuchni i pozostałym zespołem Restauracji
- utrzymywanie optymalnego poziomu produkcji dań i współpraca przy zamawianiu produktów
- dbanie o prawidłowe magazynowanie żywności
- przestrzeganie wszelkich procedur pracy w kuchni oraz dbałość o jak najwyższą jakość produktów
WYMAGANIA:
Oczekujemy od Ciebie:
- doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku min. 1 rok
- motywacji do rozwijania umiejętności kulinarnych oraz kreatywności
- umiejętności skutecznej współpracy w zespole
- zaangażowania w realizację swoich zadań i dobrej organizacji czasu pracy
- aktualnych badań do celów sanitarno- epidemiologicznych
