Werkstudent:in Product Configuration (m/w/d)
Diese Aufgaben warten auf Dich
• Du unterstützt uns dabei, unsere Produkte und internen Abläufe jeden Tag ein Stück besser zu machen und entwickelst ein gutes Verständnis dafür, was im Hintergrund sauber laufen muss.
• Du testest unsere Produkte im Alltag, spürst Bugs und Fehler auf und dokumentierst sie so, dass das Team schnell damit weiterarbeiten kann.
• Du bereitest Tickets und Workflows vor, prüfst, ob alle relevanten Informationen vollständig sind, und hilfst dabei, Prozesse sauber und effizient aufzusetzen.
• Du erstellst und pflegst unsere API Dokumentation und trägst dazu bei, dass Wissen im Team gut nutzbar und verständlich festgehalten wird.
• Je nach Deinem Kenntnisstand und Deiner Entwicklung übernimmst Du Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung, zum Beispiel bei der eigenständigen Konfiguration von Produkten sowie bei der Erstellung dynamischer PDF Dokumente, E Mails und Pricing Algorithmen.
Das bringst Du mit
• Du befindest Dich mindestens im 2. Semester eines Bachelorstudiums, idealerweise mit technischem Bezug, zum Beispiel in Informatik, Maschinenbau oder Bauingenieurwesen.
• Du bringst erste Kenntnisse in Programmierung mit und hast Lust, Dich weiterzuentwickeln, Neues zu lernen und Dich tiefer in technische Themen einzuarbeiten.
• Du bist neugierig auf neue Technologien, insbesondere AI, und hast Lust, auszuprobieren, wie sie Deine Arbeit sinnvoll unterstützen können.
• Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und zuverlässig und bringst Aufgaben mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch zu Ende.
• Du gehst proaktiv an Themen heran, bleibst offen im Austausch und lässt Dich nicht entmutigen, wenn etwas nicht auf Anhieb funktioniert.
• Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
