Join our top-notch team of approximately 43,500 diverse and high-performing professionals globally who are making their mark on some of the world's most beloved brands, including DEWALT®, BLACK+DECKER®, STANLEY®, CUB CADET®, and HUSTLER®. **The Job:** As the **Inventory Lead** , you'll get to: + Manage inventory control activities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity across the distribution centre. + Complete key inventory tasks including cycle counting, product slotting, stock consolidation, replenishment, stock receipt, reconciliation, reporting, and SKU data maintenance. + Monitor and review storage and inventory systems to ensure supply requirements are met and stock levels are effectively controlled. + Prepare and implement plans to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost. + Support the annual stock take process and ensure inventory adjustments are investigated and completed in a timely manner. + Identify opportunities to improve DC systems and processes and work with IT and internal stakeholders to implement efficiency improvements. **About You:** You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
