Aktuell beschäftigen wir rund 1.000 Mitarbeiter an 18 Standorten in Deutschland, Österreich und sechs osteuropäischen Ländern. In den letzten Jahren haben wir kontinuierlich expandiert und suchen daher Verstärkung in zahlreichen Bereichen.
Für unseren Standort in Hamburg suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Sachbearbeiter/in (m/w/d) Kontraktlogistik / Customer Service, die/der unser Team stärkt.
Aufgaben:
- Aufnahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
- Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen
- Die Buchung des Wareneingangs und -ausgangs in unserem Lagerverwaltungsprogramm
- Die Steuerung und Terminplanung inklusive Überwachung der Ein- und Auslagerungen
- Organisation, Disposition und Beauftragung von externen Dienstleistern und Frachtführern
- Bestellungsannahme und Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Die Buchung des Wareneingans und -ausgangs in unserem Zolllagerprogramm
- Bestandführung des Zolllagers für unsere Zolllagerkunden
- Erstellung von Versandbegleitdokumenten in einem Zolllagersystem
- Erstellung von Frachtdokumenten
- Erstellung der Monatsendabrechnungen sowie regelmäßige Dokumentation und Kommunikation aller leistungsrelevanten Daten
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Import- und Exportabwicklung
- Umgang mit gängigen Microsoft Office ( Word ,Excel ,Outlook)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
