Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Mettmann suchen wir Sie als Personalsachbearbeiter/in (m/w/d) in Teilzeit.
Aufgaben
- Vorbereitung der Entgeltabrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerbüro
- Betreuung und Pflege der Personalstammdaten
- Verwaltung des Zeitmanagementsystems
- Erstellung personalrelevanter Dokumente, beispielsweise Arbeitsverträge, Zeugnisse und Bescheinigungen
- Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit der Interessenvertretung
- Bearbeitung und Verbuchung von Reisekosten
- Unterstützung der Finanzbuchhaltung
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Personaldienstleistungskaufmann, Industriekaufmann, Kaufmann für Büromanagement, Verwaltungsfachangestellter, Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen
- Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
- Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen
