
Full Stack Engineer
Intermediate/Senior Full Stack Engineer
This role sits within RUSH's Engineering Chapter as a Senior Full Stack Engineer. This role is for someone who thrives on solving hard problems end-to-end, from architecture through to delivery, while mentoring others and helping raise the bar for engineering excellence across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Frontend & UX: Building high-performance web and mobile interfaces using ReactJS and NextJS (TypeScript) and implementing Progressive Web App (PWA).
- Backend & API: Developing services using .NET Core. Design and implementing RESTful APIs secured with OAuth 2.0. Apply Event Sourcing and CQRS architectural patterns.
- Data & Storage: Experience with PostgreSQL + PostGIS and Azure Cosmos DB as an event store with Azure Service Bus for messaging and Azure Blob Storage for object storage.
- Integration & Platform: Managing and securing APIs via Azure API Management and Azure Application Gateway. Deploying containerised workloads using Azure Container Apps or AKS. Identity management with Microsoft Entra ID.
- Infrastructure & DevOps: Using Terraform and maintaining CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.
Our 'must-haves' for this role include:
- Expertise in .NET Core and ReactJS/NextJS (TypeScript).
- Deep experience with Azure Cloud Services (PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Cosmos DB, API Management).
- Experience with Event Sourcing and CQRS patterns.
- Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Azure DevOps.
- Solid understanding of security protocols, including OAuth 2.0 and Entra ID.
