Aufgaben
- Buchung von Geschäftsvorfällen in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Überprüfung und Bearbeitung der Rechnungsein- und -ausgänge
- Bearbeitung des Mahnwesens
- Allgemeine Backoffice-Tätigkeiten wie z. B. Stammdatenpflege
- Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungsprojekten
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Kenntnisse der MS-Office Programme
- Strukturiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Persönliche Stärken: Lösungsorientierte Denkweise, Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit, Eigenverantwortlichkeit
